Orders

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons such as pricing errors or stock unavailability.

Payment

• Payment is required in advance for international orders.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only in Pakistan.

Customization

• Custom-made abayas are prepared within 3–4 working days.
• We do not sell ready-made abayas online.

Intellectual Property

• All content on this website (images, text, logos) is the property of Tabeens and protected by copyright laws.

Limitation of Liability

• Tabeens is not liable for any delays or damages caused by third-party services (e.g., shipping carriers).

Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
